Today has finally arrived. It's day one of the 30-day Vegan Challenge! I'm looking forward to speaking to you this evening.

Below you'll find your two cooking videos for this week; Green Smoothie and Mexican Millet Pilaf. Both are delicious, and incredibly easy to make. They're also full of nutrients, fiber and protein. The recipes for these dishes are in the menu plan and recipe download.
